I was initially worried my package…
I was initially worried my package hadn't made it to its destination and contained my frames. I got in contact with customer service and spoke with Mario. Mario was pleasant and helped me with this. He provided me with the information I was needing and ensured me they were received, lens upgrade was cleared, and they will proceed with the processing. Great for business. Informative to say the least.

11/10!
11/10!! I purchased new lenses for my favorite sunglasses and had a such a positive experience. The website was easy to navigate, lens choice was vast and the price was right. I placed my order and received an emailing asking if I could send in my frames to ensure a proper fit, no charge. So I did. The turn around time was about a week which is impressive but more so when you consider it was over a holiday weekend. They returned my sunglasses in a very nice glasses case which I wasn't expecting. The new lenses are perfect and I have my favorite sunglasses back in the rotation. Oh, they also arrived a day earlier than promised!
