Best Eye Care Company In The World
This is hands down the best eye care company I have ever used. Their products are top notch, but beyond that, their customer service is unmatched. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bibi. She is awesome. I always get a quick response & a heartfelt response. She, & the company go out of their way to help you. It's so unexpected in a day & age where customer service is put on the back burner. Not with Lens Direct. They truly care about their customers & I'm so happy I am one of them.

They had exactly what I was looking for…

Great Customer Service
Customer service was able to swiftly provide me with documentation needed to substantiate my claim for reimbursement. Jade was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the quick response and assistance as well as Jade’s email which was polite and personable. Felt genuine and not automated! Thank you!
