Customer service is great
Customer service is great. However, right after I ordered, I did find a lower price for the product. :(

Very simple ordering process
Very simple ordering process. Friendly account managers. Large swath of product offerings. I switched from 1-800 Contacts and am glad I did!

I had no problem with them
I had no problem with them, they had the best price for my contacts and were fast with resending to all of my questions. there care staff was good she always responded in a timely manner and provided the information I needed. the contacts arrived quickly and in good condition.

Best price and fast delivery
Of several suppliers this company had the best price for the product ordered. Delivery was prompt and they have an available auto reorder option.

Good Service/Value
Delivery was pretty quick. I haven't used the contacts yet, but not anticipating any issues. I had to look for coupon code. Maybe just put the discount code on your website.
