It was a pretty easy
It was a pretty easy, painless experience, especially compared to another couple of sites I tried. Subsequently, in followup needs that had to be handled, Sade was incredibly helpful and responsive, making it a five-star customer service experience.

Great value and easy!
I was about to throw my old ray bans away until I thought to look for replacement lenses. Now my glasses are as good as new, at such an affordable price.

Cancel Order
Kissel was the one who helped me over the phone to cancel an order. She is very professional and very kind. Asked if she could help me with anything else and apologized for the mishap with the order that was placed. She talks in a clear voice and I was able to hear her perfectly over the phone. The issue was taken care of in a matter of minutes and I appreciate her help.

Easy and affordable
