Very helpful!
I completely messed up ordering my contacts so I called and Nyah was so helpful. I was on the phone for under 3min and that included my wait time. She quickly fixed my order and got the right contacts ordered for me! I appreciate her very much!

Friendly service
Just called to find out where my glasses are. Bibi was a great help, efficient and let me know they are not quite finished and will send out tracking a soon as they are on the way. Looking forward to it. My only thing is that we are constantly prompted to review before the glasses even arrive.

This was my first order
This was my first order. I have several expensive frames with old prescriptions. Your service Excellence . I sent you my frames and prescription, and two weeks later I have “new" glasses. Thank you. I will be using this again for next frames . And thank you NYAH for quick response for Text.
