Sharissa had great CS skills
Sharissa was an extremely helpful when I noticed an automatic withdrawal had been posted as pending. She explained to me that they notify you 10 days ahead of time, and when I informed her, I did not need the contacts. She immediately canceled the payment and the automatic withdrawals.

Incredible customer service by Bibi!
Very impressed by the amazing customer service. I purchased lenses in March 2025, emailed in June that I had a scratch with photos, and was responded to within minutes by Bibi (so friendly!) who arranged for replacement lenses free of charge. I will always get my replacement lenses with this company - very reliable and responsive!
