Did a lens replacement on 2 pairs of glasses which upon return no longer fit mu face because the lenses they put in were FLAT and warped my frames and can not be adjusted. The don't give refunds on lens replacements and the frames can't be adjusted since it's the frames that are bent. Now I am out 600$ And I will have to pay the same to get them done at another company. I have been without glasses for 2 months now and have had headaches and eye strain and now have to go longer. So mad.....

If you want your lenses replaced quickly, LensDirect is not for you. I priority mailed my frames, and was advised by LensDirect that it took one week for them to receive them. It took two weeks for them to replace the lenses. I got a notice from them today that my glasses were being shipped. I paid extra for priority shipping. Instead, they shipped them on the cheapest way. USPS tracking shows my glasses will be delivered in 7 days. I would never use this company again. The whole process has taken one month to get glasses. Since I haven’t received them, I can’t speak to the quality. Fingers crossed that it’s better than their long processing/delivery time!

Not only are they slow to make replacement lenses, but they send you emails to upgrade to different features or else they can't assume responsibility for poorly made lenses. Then they send and email that says they can't be responsible if they break your existing frames while fitting your lenses. I would not use this company if I were you!

I am still waiting for my lenses, which are stuck somewhere between DHL and USPS. It's been 11 days since my order and they've been in the same location per tracking for 7 days. It's clear The package is either lost or damaged. The LenDirect bot thinks they're "on it's way", so zero help there. DHL won't consider a package lost until it's been over 10 days beyond the latest delivery date, which will be a full 3 weeks beyond my order date, they will also make you talk to LensDirect for any issues. LenDirect didn't let me choose the shipping carrier. They sell a product that people need in a timely manner. Just keep that in mind if you need dailies like I do. So disappointing.

Waited over 3 weeks / 14 business days after they received my frames. No update on when my order will be ready. I engaged customer service via online chat. After the chat bot handed me over to their "human colleague", I was left hanging for over 20 minutes with zero engagement even after multiple "bumps"

Worse company ever, beware. I send them a pair of glasses that I needed for a upcoming trip. They keep the glasses for over a month and inform me they don't have the equipment to cut the lenses!? It took them over a month to figure this out. I now had a week to find another company to make the lenses and tell them to overnight the glasses back to me because of the situation they put me in, instead they send it through regular mail! Go to lensabl, much better.

LensDirect took money from my account without authorization. My bank reversed the payment and advised that they replace my debit card. I am now working through those other companies that have the 8100 card on file to replace it with the new card I am a recovering stroke victim and don't need this f'n hassle.

Ordered contacts May22nd, paid for faster shipping and have yet to receive them still.
