Excellent customer service from Nyah
I spoke with Nyah who was very helpful, polite, and professional. She was able to efficiently take care of my issue while being patient as I dealt with reception issues. It is clear that she is also an effective multi-tasker as she was able to carry on a conversation while typing about a separate matter. I have worked in customer service and her friendly and helpful nature definitely shine in a field that can be challenging to say the least. She is an excellent representative.
