Highly Recommend LensDirect!
I couldn't be more pleased with LensDirect services! I wanted to have new lenses put into old frames, and this process worked perfectly for me. It was fairly simple, with straightforward instructions from the company, including how to mail in my old frames. It took about 3 weeks, and saved me almost $200 from having it done at a local eyeglass business. Highly recommend!

I got fast response from customer…
I got fast response from customer service agent named JADA, who helped me with an order cancellation due to my old frames being broken which I could not send out for new prescriptions lenses. She was able to help issue me a refund without a problem. It was great customer service and I plan to do business with them in the near future.

You guys are amazing
You guys are amazing! My glasses are exactly as I had hoped. I got one pair from the eye doctor which was at an exorbitant cost. I wanted a spare pair of glasses. The whole process from start to receipt of my glasses was 24 days and that is wonderful. In future when I go to the eye doctor all I will be doing is getting the prescription from them and coming to you for my eye glass needs. I will also tell any one I know that you guys are GREAT!!!!!!!
