I used to love them as it was easier to get my contacts but just like all the other bad reviews are saying, their customer service sucks! I’ve reached out to them about how multiple of my contacts in my last two boxes were terrible! I got multiple that were already ripped (yes i saw it was ripped before i took it out) and multiple that were dried/burned. There were two pairs that i opened and were already dried out. A couple pairs made my eyes burn and IT WAS THE CONTACT SOLUTION/CONTACT ITSELF. I tested it by trying multiple contacts in and found out some of them legit burn my eyes. Still haven’t heard anything and I reached out probably about a week ago now and it states on their site they will be in touch with me before that.

waited 3 days over the due date to arrive . contacts at my post office postmaster said the had to be turned around . now there shipped back to lens direct . not knowing when i will get them . never will i ever reorder from this place . slow service shady in the shipping .with no answers

One of my lenses has a visible defect/imperfection within the lens material (not a surface scratch). I complained and complained, but LensDirect has just ignored me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They returned my frame because apparently my frame (a Rayban) is too large and they dont have the equipment for processing them. This should have been disclosed in web page. I should have been told this when I sent picture and model of my frame. Instead I had to package them , send them and now they are retuned to me. This is lack of transparency.

These positive reviews are false. I received a pair of prescription glasses that are completely unusable and impossible to see through. Despite my requests for a refund, they refused only offering to replace the frames which are super cheap. Stay away from this company!

sent a pair of sunglasses in that I bought from them that were defective and received a pair of transitions back instead of sunglasses

I received lenses that give me blurry vision. The company would not refund.
