Jade was very helpful. I was disappointed about the lack of transparency with the handling charge but we sorted it out.

Need my order sent asap
My own fault ordering contacts so late, but we are leaving the country in 10 days and I wanted to make sure my contacts arrive before that day. I talked with Bibi who too my information and said they'd prioritize my order. I really appreciated the assistance!!

Fantastic customer service!
Had to sort out my prescription upload, so I was connected to Nyah. Extremely helpful and responsive. Took care of my issues very quickly and was friendly and polite. Great experience with this company so far!
