Being a senior citizen I don't always navigate all websites easily and having had a few missteps with LensDirect's page they (Andrew)were extremely patient with me and helped me to make my decisions to my liking and they took the time needed to make me happy. I have had many past orders with them and am now in the process of redoing all my glasses lenses due to my recent cataract surgery. Just like in the past they are making it a pleasurable experience for me. THANX!!!! and keep up the good work.
