BIBI at Lens Direct was great
BIBI at Lens Direct was great! He had patience with my anxieties over receiving the incorrect lenses and facilitated the rush shipping of the correct ones as well as providing for the return and credit of the original order. His responses and keeping me up to date were polite and timely !

Reorder on phone …
Sharissa was very helpful in ordering contacts on the phone cuz I needed to use a different card and not the one on file with reordering and she helped me remove the other card on file. Very helpful and fast and efficient!! Thank you!!
