Kwasi rocks!
Kwasi rocks! It turns out once my frames were received to have the lens replacement they were too brittle to work I was immediately informed and one of the options available to me was to pick out frames so that I could just go ahead and get my sunglasses as quickly as possible with the exact prescription lenses that I needed in them it was handled so quickly courteously, and professionally I could not be more pleased. This is the second time I’ve used LensDirect and they are excellent.

Solved my issue with just my initial question
Bibi was able to solve my issue with just my original query and didn’t give me any kind of pushback or runaround to get this auto-shipped order cancelled and rescheduled for November. Easiest customer service I’ve ever used
