I am working with Dion on completing the parts we missed when making our first order with Lens Direct. Dion has been excellent to work with. I’m getting fast, clear and concise communications. So far this is going way better than expected.

I had a hard deadline that was going to be difficult to meet but I really wanted my sunglasses for my trip. I told this to Andrew and they were indeed able to get them back to me quickly, with 2 days to spare no less! The lenses fit perfectly and the prescription seems to be spot on. Great customer service and communications!

I received my first set of lenses and they didn’t fit properly. After some emails, I sent my lens back with the frames and LensDirect fit them perfectly! Much appreciation!
