Price was up substantially from previous purchase (2 years prior) - likely related to China tariffs. However, price was competitive (on the low side) with other online retailers. 6 boxes of standard-fare lenses were received 6 days from date of order (3,000 miles from Lens Direct home address). Product received was correct, as ordered. Won't be able to comment on quality/condition of lenses for another 2 months. However, a previous order from this company yielded no defects. Be aware that, even when free shipping is provided, there is a handling/insurance charge to factor into price comparison.

I didn't understand the ordering process when I was not asked to provide my prescription. I queried the person assigned to me and she had me send it to her. Then she said the prescription was incomplete. When I asked her what was missing, she never responded. Otherwise, I got my contacts. Also, on the ad on the web page, it said the price per box was 30-something dollars. When I placed the order, it was like $50. There is no price on the packing slip.

I was promised a discount via email and then my order automatically filled and charged before the discount was applied. :-(.

I haven't ordered for awhile. Their prompt delivery is great. I think the prices have gone up though and I didn't receive a new case with my last order, which they usually did in the past.
