Lenses excellent, but had some trouble ordering...
Had one hangup when ordering- my prescription couldn't be verified at first (I had to select my eye doctor from a drop-down menu and it had an outdated phone number). I tried to do an online chat, but nobody was available so I ended up emailing customer service with the current phone number or my eye doctor. From there on, it was smooth sailing. My contacts arrived quickly and I'm super happy with them! Got a great deal, thanks to LensDirect!
