I love my new glasses. I was unable to ever get use to wearing my old lens but loved the frames. This was the perfect way to reuse my frames. They are so nice now, I will be wearing them a lot. The quality of work is impeccable. The lens change is perfect. It was so easy to send my frames and new prescription in to LensDirect. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am so satisfied with my LensDirect experience! I saved so much money and my new glasses are perfect. For years I've gotten my eyeglasses from Warby Parker. I wear progressive lenses with non-scratch coating and also Transition lenses. This year, when I checked on Warby Parker's website, it would run me over $500 for my glasses. I even considered getting 2 separate pairs of glasses; one for reading and another for distance to get the cost down which was still in the $300 range on Warby Parker. After that, as a last resort, I contacted Warby Parker about replacing the lenses in my current frames since I like the style and can live with them for another year. Even THAT was high! After doing my research, I came across LensDirect and I couldn't be happier with the results. Customer service (hi, Sharissa!) was responsive, professional, friendly and exceptional in every way. I ended up paying just $232 and that includes the upgrade to blue light filtering that I wanted to try out. My glasses arrived on time and in the cutest foldable box that I've ever seen. Going forward, I plan to go into a physical Warby Parker store so I can try on frames to see which ones I like, buy them without prescription for just around $125 and then order lenses from LensDirect. Now I don't have to downgrade my eyeglass selection for the best looking pair of glasses ever. I could honestly go on raving, but I'll stop here. If you're looking to save money and your insurance doesn't cover out-of-network providers, this is a great way to go!

Had a few questions that concerned me in the initial setup for my replacement lens order. Kwasi assisted me throughout the process and it felt very tailored to my needs in a non rushed manner which I greatly appreciated!! I am greatly impressed my LensDirect speedy turnaround and active communication throughout the process as I am one of those consumers who likes to check and double checked everything is properly squared away!
