Apparently there was difficulty in getting my prescription, and I didn't find out till I called in to ask where my lenses were--that being said, as soon as I called in and uploaded my prescriptions, the customer service rep made sure my lenses were immediately on their way to me. Would suggest that as soon as there is a barrier, the patient be called so that they can assist in working it out--faster lenses can make a real difference. Great prices, great packaging, fast shipping after the glitch was worked out. I will return!

Only issue we have discovered so far is that package was left laying in snow on porch, behind door, so didn't see it for a couple days....contacts seem to be okay so far...but something to perhaps be aware of.

Took a while to get my prescription confirmed but after the confirmation delivery was fast.

There was some confusion with the prescription since it didn't "say" multifocal. You didn't know that HI meant multifocal and had to call my eye doctor to verify etc...

Little expensive but ship on time

I have ordered contacts from LensDirect several times because of convenience as well as good prices. However, the last time I ordered I was charged incorrectly. When I checked out my order total was $34.90, but when I received the confirmation email I was charged $40.85. I tried contacting LensDirect several times but they never responded.

I liked the speed of processing the order and the lens quality. The lens doesn't seem to have a strong anti-glare coating. Overall, I care more about the lens with power precision and I liked it. I like their customer service and shipping skills. The total maneuver of processing the order was satisfactory. I would recommend your company to others. Thank you
