Well, I am going to echo the vast majority here. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their product. So much so that I am planning sending them two more frames to place lenses in. The only reason that I am not giving them 5 stars is because their customer service did not respond to my concerns over the length of time it was taking them to complete my order. I ordered my lenses in the midst of the covid scare and it was unfamiliar times for us all. They did finally get back to work and sent me my glasses...a month later. I guess I should be more forgiving.

I have sent in 2 set of lenses for replacement. The first set were my everyday clear bifocal glasses which I received in about 2 weeks round trip and am very happy with. The second set of lenses were for my single vision sunglasses which I received back but could not focus so I contacted your people and sent them back. It took awhile before I got that pair back but they are now working well for me. All is well that ends well in these trying times.

I thought I was getting 12 pair, not 12 containers. Oh well. Still a good deal for 6 pair. Just like the ones the optometrist orders for me at double the price. They wanted to sell me 1 pair for 175 bucks so I would have to come see them and pay the doctors fee for an exam. I will buy from lensdirect until I need a new script.

Even though I paid more for my lenses, they came even sooner than the promised delivery date which i appreciated since I was almost out.

Quick response and delivery. Correct products every time.

Super easy process though delivery was a bit longer than I expected.
