Great customer service

My contacts were sent to an old address…
My contacts were sent to an old address after changing the address online and my verifying the address through text with a customer service agent. It was escalated to a customer service manager who suggested I go to my old address or have the residents forward the contacts to me. I could not do this. Did not know the residents nor did I live close. Enrique solved the issue and resent the contacts to me. I appreciate his helpfulness.
