Quality workmanship
I have a strong prescription but LensDirect was able to even cut away cleanly into the lenses to make them fit into the sunglasses

Enrique was very helpful
Enrique was very helpful. I accidentally put my name on my husbands prescription that I had intended as a gift for him. I originally asked to cancel my order so I could ensure my details were correct and Enrique noticed these errors and fixed them without me having to specifically tell him what to do. Enrique made sure my concerns were addressed and saved me from having to cancel and reorder my lens replacement. Thank you Enrique!
