Nice support, pretty good price compare compare to other company like 1800 and eyeconic. Only down side is that it take no insurance (Mine is VSP)

The PD tool works and Djanna is great
I recently ordered len replacements and new glasses from Lens Direct. I made a huge mistake of adding two numbers together from my prescription to get my PD. After talking with my daughter (an Optometrist) I learned that was wrong!!! I contacted Djanna at Lens Directly and she quickly made the change using the correct PD.I am so happy that Djanna was so prompt and also helpful. FYI I used the LensDirect tool using Safari and a large magnetic button and was able to effectively measure my PD. Lesson learned: the PD tool works!
