I had an issue with my order and Kissel was very helping. I appreciated her being so understanding.

I was trying to use a coupon for ordering contacts. I was unable to use my coupon because I was already getting 20% off.

I accidentally used a wrong prescription so customer service contacted me and I emailed the correct one. The problem is, she reordered one box which caused me to have to pay $6.95 shipping and also used the wrong payment method. It shipped and was going to cause me to bounce some items from my bank account since it was the wrong account she pulled from. When I called I gave them an alternate payment method but they could do nothing for the shipping which I find surprising. So I will probably not use them again. However, Nyoka the customer service agent that helped get my refund (although it will probably be too late for the items to not bounce) was very helpful and friendly. Hence the 4 stars instead of less.

Excellent customer service. They sent back really bent out of shape frames after lens replacement, so I am still knocking off 1 star because that never should have happened. However, their customer service was very prompt in getting the issue fixed and getting my glasses back to me quickly. I am happy with the end product and glad they were willing to help me get the issue corrected right away.

I was a first time user. I looked at several sites and was impressed with the reviews. So, I decided to give them a try. I think it took about 3 weeks once I sent the glasses off to getting them back to me. I LOVED the nice box they came in. Will not have an issue w/damage in these boxes! I also LOVED the discount I was given for my first order. The email updates about the progress of my glasses and finally an email telling me they were on the way back to me with a tracking number. I WILL be using LensDirect again and let my friends know about them as well. GREAT JOB!!
