Couldn't reach Dr.
I received 3 emails telling me you were unable to reach doctor regarding my Rx. I find that a bit difficult to believe since his office is open from 7:30am to 6:00 pm. His phone number and fax and email address is on the RX that I faxed to the customer service person I was working with. She could not find the fax ( I had a confirmation of delivery). It took an extra 5 days before shipping was completed. I will continue to use LensDirect because of the pricing and auto delivery but I was a bit perturbed about the initial experience.

Hi Gail! I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with your prescription. I am here to help explain things a little! It looks like, when we called the doctor's office, the line was continuously busy. We tried 3 times but, since we were unable to leave a message, that means that our calls to the office failed. We tried to call and explain that on March 8th but your line was busy as well. Sometimes faxes can be a little tricky. I know that with our faxes, it will say that there's a confirmed delivery but the other office does not see them. And vice versa. So that could be the situation that happened here. I promise that, had we had that prescription on file, it would have been mailed out the next business day. The good news is that we have your prescription on file now so there is no more doctor verification process! For the inconvenience, I have put $5 onto your account for your next order. Just remind your dedicated rep of when you want to use it and they will be there ready to help! I hope that I was able to help a little. Have a great day! The LensDirect Team
