most often the true test for a companies customer service is when something goes wrong, in my case that is exactly what happened when USPS lost my frames. After just a couple of emails, their "customer happiness" dept was able to replace my frames with a new pair and complete my order for replacement lens. Thank You Kwasi for your help/

This is my second pair of lens replacement glasses ordered from Lens Direct but on this second purchase was the first time that I needed to do a follow-up phone call simply to make sure I had done everything correctly. When I called, Dion answered the phone and was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
