Normally, if this happens, we immediately get a hold of the distributor and order extra lenses so that you are not wasting your money! Hi Rosemary! I am so sorry to hear that those lenses are uncomfortable. I think I can help! I just spoke with your doctor and it looks like you are not prescribed Freshlook Colorblends. It looks like we called your doctor and left a message. It passed the 8 business hours, which is the amount of time given by law to the doctor to contact us back. Since they did not contact us back, we are legally obligated to send out what you ordered. You are in the trial period for Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism. Astigmatism lenses are VERY sensitive and should not be tampered with. Since you did not order the correct product, your eyes were uncomfortable which caused everything to become unclear. Now, I cannot send you trials just yet for Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism until you get that prescription verified. However, I WILL send you replacement lenses once that finalization is complete! Just have your doctor fax us your prescription once it is complete and I will get that ordered for you right away and send that out with expedited shipping, all free of charge! Hi Carol! The AutoRefill discount is applied as a coupon for each refilled order. It is 5% off, free shipping, and no processing fee. This ends up saving our customers the most money throughout the year. That being said, we would be more than happy to change out the coupon code with another if you've found a better deal. Hi Sean! Thank you so much for informing us of your experience! I apologize about the delay. I am happy to see that your upgraded shipping was free but completely understand your frustration. Sometimes with orders over a certain quantity, it can take a little bit longer for everything to come in. This is why it took an extra day to ship out to you. It looks like your ordered after hours on a Friday which put your order on hold till Monday. Once everything was ordered, we had to wait for all the product to come in since your order was such a high quantity. But, it looks like it got to you in 3 business days. Thank you, UPS! Hi Joshua! I am so sorry to hear about the lenses you received. I think I can help! Sometimes the manufacturer can send what we call "bad batches." It does happen occasionally but we always encourage our customers to inform us AND the manufacturer. There is always something that can be done AND you could help prevent it in the future from happening to someone else! What I'm going to do is send you replacement lenses (3 for each eye) to make up for the ones that were bad. If you are still having trouble with them when I send the replacement packages, then I would contact your eye doctor. It's quite possible to develop an allergy to lenses, even after wearing them for a number of years. These lenses will be ordered for you tomorrow and ship out on Wednesday, hopefully, so long as there are no backorders. If you ever have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!
