Chelsea was very understanding and tried to help me with my order. I was not able to download the needed distance measurement and unfortunately had to cancel. I recently placed an order for lens replacement. I have yet to receive the installed lenses in my frames but must say that if the quality of the craftsmanship is as excellent as the customer service, I will be very pleased. The price is about 1/2 the price as the quote I received from the local optical store! I had a very good experience and want thank the REP for the care, patience I received!

After making a mistake when placing my order. I called 1-800-Lens-111 and I got to speak with a human being within 30 seconds. Rissa was able to help me out and sent me labels while we were discussing the return. Short and simple process on my mistake. Make sure to try them out. My original order was processed timely and arrived in just a matter of days. Thanks for the quick and painless help!
