The process for ordering my glasses was so easy, and I love that you can use your existing frames. But the real shining star about this company is their customer service! I had an issue where some hairline cracks appeared on one of the lenses near the frame. I contacted their customer service and WOW! Sade was so helpful and responsive and they replaced my lenses at no cost (even covering the shipping of my glasses back to them to have the new lenses placed). Very, very impressed!
