Great quality lens replacement 👌
Ordered lens replacements for my favorite pair of frames. The process overall was easy on the website. Just make sure you have your frames, prescription and some form of card (credit/debit) available for measuring your eye distance (pretty cool that this is a thing, who knew!). The cost was reasonable and I was even able to take advantage of a discount on the site. Their customer service did reach out to me to recommend thinner lenses to better fit my frame, which I appreciated. And the quality of my glasses with lenses replaced was amazing! They feel like new again! Came out even better than I was expecting! I'm rating 4 stars because the progress tracker did not work for me and I had to reach out to support multiple times via email for updates. I never received a tracking # unfortunately, so I also had to reach out for that. Unbeknownst to me, the glasses had been waiting for me in my mailbox for a few days. On a positive note, emails to support were responded to within 24-48 hours consistently. So overall, yes I would use them again and recommend.

The online chat is very good
The online chat is very good. Natasha was very helpful. The online status tracker is not good. I have never received an accurate picture of where my order(s) stand. I have to use the online chat portal to find out.

I had my doubts about doing this online, but she took the time to find what I needed, and explained why it didn't go through. She then set everything right. She was polite and helpful. I'd recommend.

This has been my first time ordering…
This has been my first time ordering from here. I was wondering why my package was taking so long to ship it’s been almost 3 weeks. My first experience wasn’t the best but thanks to the customer service, specifically Shawn my order was updated and it is finally about to be shipped. I hope it arrives before I leave state but if it wasn’t for the good customer service I would have gave this a negative review.

I had an issue loading my PD…
I had an issue loading my PD measurement. Kurshel assisted me with this and did a fine job. Only complaint was that the response was greatly delayed from my initial request for help.
