Haven Louis Is AWESOME! I have not used LensDirect before so I was a little nervous about how the process works. I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up this morning that I need to provide my pupillary distance to process my order. Haven provided a quick an easy solution to use their app. I didn't even realize they had an app! Note that I submitted my order approximately twelve hours the night before and not only was LensDirect processing my request, Haven was QCing my order to ensure it would be processed in a timely manner.
