I spoke with Haven, before sending in my frames for lenses, and she was very professional, answered all my questions. I'm feeling comfortable with sending my frames now. I'm glad there was an actual person to talk to. I'll update after the process.

Multiple replacements
Have purchased 5 lense replacements. The prescription is right on target. No problems with fit and condition of original frames. Great value and quality.

Great customer service
Great customer service! This was my 2nd pair that I sent in for an updated Rx, however there was an issue with one of the lenses. Kwasi was the lucky individual that had to deal with me on chat and took care of the issue immediately.
