Hi Doris! I am so sorry to hear this! I do see that your representative answered the first question but I can reiterate just in case! For rebates, you need to contact the manufacturer directly. Those are done through them only. I also see that you were signed up for AutoRefill which we sent our reminder for 10 days before the order is placed and the order confirmation when it was placed. I am sorry to hear you didn't receive any of these emails so you could cancel before you received the order. I have put $5 into your account for all of these inconvenience. Hi there! I am so sorry to hear that your lenses were not like the ones you got from the doctor. No worries! I am here to the rescue :) I will be ordering you replacements for that order. All lenses we buy are usually the same place your doctor buys their lenses. It is possible you just received a bad batch. These will be sent to you free of charge! Since these are what your doctor prescribed, these are the only things I can ship to you. If they are still uncomfortable, then you will have to contact the doctor. Hi Tjyiana! I am so sorry to hear that the box that you received was crushed! The packages are left with UPS and USPS are supposed to be trusted and handled carefully. I would check with your post office to see what exactly happened or even go as far as to complain to USPS itself and say that this was unacceptable. If this happens again and the lenses do end up damaged, let me know and I will happily replace them :) For this inconvenience, I have put $10 into your account for the next time you order.
