Excellent assistance from support.
The representative, Djanna, helped me out promptly and immediately. I wanted to cancel a subscription due to wanting to live more frugally. She immediately got my money refunded and ensured my subscriptions were canceled without any questions. Her demeanor was also kind and understanding. Pinnacle customer support!

A++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If you are searching for a great company to purchase from online for contacts, LOOK NO FURTHER because LensDirect has AMAZING customer service! Unfortunately, there was an issue with my contact order, but they exceeded my expectations on quickly resolving the issue (the issue was not their fault…the order was lost in transit by the local post office). My order was very time sensitive due to an upcoming international trip, and the customer service department went above and beyond to get my contacts to me before I left! Fast communication from the time I reached out to them through successful delivery, and the order was packaged well, too. I’ve been ordering contacts online for many years, but this company stands out for their quality customer service!!

Excellent customer service and support…
Excellent customer service and support by Adelite. She helped me read my RX right. Ordered the correct contacts for me. Was able to retrieve my credit card information and rushed my order at no extra charge. She knew I was overwhelmed and she handled me with care and respect. That means alot to a woman my age, 70.
