Excellent customer service!!

I was in such a hurry to order my contacts, I forgot to upload a prescription. Ileana was very helpful through the chat portal. She took care of everything very quickly. They have the lowest prices on contacts.

Djanna not only answered my email but went above and beyond…
Djanna not only answered my email buy helped me get my order shipped. My original set of frames was lost in the mail. So I purchased another frame. I paid to ship it and Djanna took all my tracking information etc. She then said she wouls note on the order the exact size of my glasses so I can purchase them from lensdirect instead of another vendor. This is importnat becasue the frame I sent fits me perfectly. Djanna immediatelly repied back and took care of everything. She gets a perfect score recomendation from me. Jim Smith
