Not a big fan of the extra "processing fee", but customer service is typically responsive and haven't had issues with orders.

I was able to get my questions answered and even though lenses can’t be sent as replacements for frames I bought from LensDirect, they will replace lenses if I send the frames back so it wasn’t the best news, but it was acceptable. Nyah was helpful and courteous in the explanation. She did what she could to make sure my next order was going to process quickly.

Great customer service, quick service and quality is good too. Need to wear my glasses for few days to see if prescription is also good but the only thing which is disappointing to me is that the Transitions XtrActive lenses which I ordered are inhouse made by LensDirect but not official Transitions XtrActive branded. They use official trademark and logos in their website which is misleading to customer that those are Transitions XtrActive branded lended but when I asked for ceritficate of Authencity to register the lenses on Transitions website, I was informed they are not Transitions branded but are inhouse developed lenses which in my opinion, should have been listed and they should not have used trademark logos as I feel that is false representation.

I'll have more of an idea how great they are when I get my order; however, Bibi was on top of my inquiry and let me know what was happening in a prompt email. Lens Direct has surpassed my expectations as they offer free eye exams online so you don't need an optometrist rx every year. I'd recommend to anyone. On a side note, I live in an area where shipped items seem to take two months or not at all, so the delay in my order isn't on Lens Direct.
