I never received my order....
I never received my order after repeated attempts to contact you all about it. Not sure anyone ever followed up to confirm refunding my money, either. This was not a good experience and I won't order from Lensalter again.

The glasses are flimsy
The glasses are flimsy. They’re made of plastic. I went to clean the pair I had gotten only one month ago and they cracked and snapped in half. I have never had a pair of glasses break just from cleaning them. Save your money and find a pair at a glasses store.

The glasses arrived with deep scratches…
The glasses arrived with deep scratches on the lens. My daughter likes the design, but the lens scratches was really distracting to her. Everything else was perfect, I wish we would have replaced the one lens that was scratched upon arrival.

never delivered
i’ve been waiting over a month and have never received my order. usps employees told me that postage payment was never made and that it was most likely due to malicious intent. my tracking information told me it traveled from LA, to my home state, wisconsin, my home state (again), and was then shipped to indiana and is apparently sitting in ohio, with a notice on the usps website stating that my package won’t be delivered due to lack of proper postage being applied. emailed lens alter, waiting for response.

Never got my order
I placed an order with LensAlter and waited almost a month, only to receive a sudden refund without explanation. Poor communication, wasted time, and very disappointing service.

I like the glasses but weak - no refunds essentially
I like the glasses, but very fragile. They were far smaller than expected so I tried returning them. They said they will only refund you for the frames and 50% of your lenses, but then only refunded me for the frames. I emailed many times but no reply. The lenses cost usually $80or so, with the frames being $20. So you essentially pay around $100 per pair and then if you don’t like them you can only get a $20 refund.

Bad customer service
My package was never delivered because the address was put incorrectly. I contacted customers in hopes to fix the address and to resend my ordered but ended up with the same incorrect address. I felt like they never made an effort to put the correct information. In the emails it just seems like a disconnected in language and understanding. Wouldn’t order from them again if customer service was this bad.
