Update 1/23: I tried to adjust the glasses to see if I could get them to properly fit my face so that I could see if the prescription was accurate (it’s happened with glasses of mine in the past, they get sat on, warped, and they are hard to see out of and need to be adjusted) Well, they snapped in my hands, I told customer service this (not expecting a refund at this point and telling them that) and I haven’t heard anything back since Update: I have emailed customer support and am being ignored, there is no issue with the “thickness” of the lenses and I have literally no idea what they are talking about in the response update, what I was addressing is the WIDTH of the frames are nearly ONE INCH shorter than advertised, not a “minor error” in the “polishing process” they are stealing money and pushing out cheap products that do not work and are completely not as advertised, suppressing negative reviews, and ignoring displeased customers Edit: the company replied saying if there is no issue with the product quality then there is no need for a full refund but I clearly told them multiple times that the glasses did not fit, the material was too flimsy, and the prescription did not work for me (either because of the glasses being SMALLER than advertised or the prescription being made wrong, I’m not sure) I did send them a photo of the glasses with measuring tape showing how much smaller the glasses were than the website said they would be (nearly an inch smaller) and they never addressed that. I doubt they will change anything, beware if you want to buy glasses from them. They also suppressed my review on the website so I think they may have more negative reviews than it appears I ordered a pair of bat wing glasses, I triple checked the size of the glasses and they came much smaller than advertised, they only fit my face because the wire frames were so cheap and flimsy that they were able to bend outwards. The prescription was rendered useless, if it was even correct in the first place, which I am highly doubting, and they looked like I was wearing glasses meant for a child. I emailed asking for a refund based on their policy but as I have seen other negative reviews here post that they have different return policies that are hard to find. The FAQ says refunds are offered, the listing for the glasses says a full refund might not be available, and a refund page says a bunch of other stipulations that contradict themselves. I got free shipping and they still deducted shipping from my refund, effectively stealing money from me. They did not have me send the glasses back so why do they need a refund on the shipping I didn’t pay? Because this is a scam site. They also deleted my review from their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I look forward to seeing them fail and delete their website due to poor quality products and AWFUL customer service

1/13/26 after multiple back and forth messages and sending the original screenshot where I was told I would get a *full* refund multiple times and they would continue to try to deny it, the remainder of the amount paid was refunded. Plenty of better glasses companies out there I will go through in the future 1/10/26: they replied and said they were sending me an email and were refunding me. They did not. Broke right away. I bought some star glasses and they didnt fit my face, and I didnt like them. I bought them because the return policy I saw said 14 days to return, so I felt safe in doing so. I tried them on briefly, and then put them back into the case because they didnt fit. I asked to return and they told me to keep them but I had to pay for the lenses. Apparently they have two different return policies with fine print that you have to go look for. I took the loss since they said I could keep them and went on with my day. I went to try them on again later since I was still paying for them, I might as well try to like them and the lens cracked just from gently putting them on. I reached out to ask if I could return them and get my money back since they broke the first day I had them and they said they would refund me. A few weeks later I noticed I was still being charged (paid through Klarna) and reached out to Klarna who was no help and told me to go back to Lensalter, so I did. Lensalter then said they would not refund me, even when showing them the email in which they said they would. now im paying for broken glasses that were terrible quality from the beginning and felt deceived thinking that I was protected in my purchase due to their misleading return policies.

lensalter has the prettiest glasses, and that is it. their customer service is awful and their quality is even worse. i ordered glasses and they broke on my face while i was wearing them!! i emailed them asking for help and they offered to send another pair but i had to pay for shipping. once the glasses were received, they broke in the exact same manner!! their quality is awful. if you have prescriptions do not order from here!! only order if you want cute fake glasses, nothing more.

I waited a month and was told it's not their problem. I was in communication with customer service, and when I requested a repalcement product after 21 days had passed and my item had not arrived (tracking was stuck on "Awaiting Delivery" - clearly the package was lost), the customer service agent essentially told me to suck it up and take the L. No apology, no refund, no replacement - nada. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in this scammy service and cannot recommend this to anyone.

Almost a full month went by before you guys just cancelled my order for NO reason and still haven’t refunded me my money! CROOKS!

Never received my order and didn't really get any compensation for the trouble.

I even tried contacting them through Instagram, but the person running the account didn’t seem very interested in helping. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and support has been frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service, because I really did want to love my purchase.
