Customer Service was so great! my first pair had a slight barely visible crack unless up close and i sent them proof and they instantly send me a new pair, completely free of charge! i’m definitely more pairs of glasses from them!

They definitely meet expectations!! I ordered two pairs, one with RX and one with just a blue light filtering coating on them. They took just over two weeks to arrive, which is pretty fast compared to other glasses companies. The non RX pair has a good quality coating on them, and they are very comfortable on my face. The lens design is on the inside of the lens, so the front of the lens is entirely smooth. I did notice the design is veeerrryyyy slightly off on one lens, but you literally can’t tell unless you’re inspecting the glasses closely🤣 I have a pretty strong prescription (-3.75 in one eye, and -5.75 in the other with an astigmatism in both eyes as well) and the RX frames are still light weight, and they were actually able to make the glasses, which I’ve been turned away from other manufacturers because of my prescription in the past. I will absolutely be ordering more glasses from them in the future, they’re really cute, sturdy feeling (so far!) and pretty cheap if you consider the customization and other features of the frames themselves.

Ordered the hello kitty glasses. They came in fairly quick. Packaging was beautiful and included a cute free gift. I also won a giveaway with them and the whole Sanrio collection is to die for!

Wonderful experience!! Customer service is extremely helpful and sweet. Glasses came in and they look stunning !! Better than I expected and hoped for ! I got the Romi pair and my sister got me the Moro pair. These glasses are the cutest I've ever seen and I get compliments everywhere I go !! I'll be buying more here soon :)

I ordered the Lydia glasses with blue light lenses. They are SO cute, durable, and it even came with a free gift. They’re exactly how they’re pictured, and shipped within the time frame they gave.

I have had pleasant interactions with this company. They carry cute design glasses that you don’t find at other places. They ask their customers for input and what people like. They seem to care about their customers and have a good price for their frames and lenses. They also even give free gifts for certain frames. They offer coupon codes and referral discounts! Overall, I really enjoy my interactions and glasses!
