I've ordered about 5 pairs of glasses from LensAlter and most all of them were perfect! They come with mini tools just in case, and a cleansing cloth which is amazing. The glasses are so beautiful. I will say the Coco frames that I ordered became very loose with the screws and I unfortunately had to use glue to keep them from breaking apart but they are still very pretty glasses. Despite that error, I will still order from this website because of how gorgeous the glasses are. 💕

Love the glass’s but when you’re cleaning them, you gotta be very careful with them although they will break

High quality frames
Although the shipping took some time the quality of the frames is very high. I love the selection they offer and that they offer prescription lenses as well for a very good price. My prescription wasn’t correct but I’m not sure if it’s because of the frames I chose or if my prescription isn’t correct. I’d like to try another frame to see if that’s what was affecting that.

Pleasantly surprised
It took a while for the frames to arrive and I was initially skeptical because it seemed like the wrong lenses were put in.... however, once I realized that they were exactly what I ordered I was extatic. They transition beautifully and I got a lot of compliments on the rhinestone details. 10 out of 10 would buy again.

Poor quality product, good customer service
The lens on my frameless glasses snapped in half almost immediately upon receiving it when I was trying to adjust the noseband to fit my face better. The quality was so bad it felt as if I had just broken a disposable plastic cup. I took a photo and emailed it to their customer service and I got a full refund the next day. Glad for good customer service, boo for a cheap, brittle product.

I was thankfully that the company…
I was thankfully that the company reached out to me before making my glasses. They notified me that the lens would be very thick even when cut. I accepted that and they processed with my order. I was only disappointed that the frames & lens aren’t as big as a whole. I measured the distance between my eyes but as a whole the frames & lens are smaller on my big face 😅

Love my new glasses
Love my new glasses. They are very cute. Only issues with them are that my side vision is a bit wonky but I blame that on my high prescription level so the lenses are very thick. I usually wear contacts so it's not that big of an issue. Also the nose bar extends into my vision a bit but otherwise they were worth the purchase.
