i waited for weeks because i am in the US and the company is in the UK, so i was patient and didnt mind waiting for cute glasses, but my tracking code said it was a few states away from me and should arriving in a few days, i get an email that im being refunded. Yes, i dis get refunded thats why i chose 2 stars and not one, however, it was very unexpected and in the email they sent they gave me zero information on why it couldnt be delivered. I had to send an email to ask why, and they responded with one line- “Hi, the order cant be delivered.” Thats it. Very disappointed because i wanted the glasses really bad and spend good money on them. I did get a refund but i am still disappointed in general.

I ordered some glasses from this company and they were shipped to my state but never delivered to me. They left my state went to Indianapolis and I never received them and it took over a month and a half for them to decide that they were lost in transit, but customer service I had to reach out to them via messaging and I gave pictures showing them the tracking of the package and they were very quick to issue me a refund because I never received the merchandise which was really Nice . However I did need my glasses and did not receive so that’s why I said number two stars

The frames are really cute, but cheaply made unfortunately. 1 pair fell apart with the lens popping out and my 2nd pair’s glass cracked.

I haven't received my glasses and I ordered them almost a month again.

Utilise Coli coli comme livreur qui est une société de transport d'arnaque. J'ai été appelé par un livreur un jour sans être prévenue, et j'ai demandé explicitement au livreur de me dire pour quelle société il travaillait car j'habite au 6ème étage sans ascenseur et je suis handicapée donc descendre pour rien me fait perdre beaucoup de temps. Le "livreur" m'a raccroché au nez et je n'ai jamais récupéré mon colis. Impossible de contacter le service de livraison par la suite pour récupérer mon dû. Au moins j'ai été remboursée.

Glasses were very small for face. Need model for reference. No return/refund, instead paid back only a percentage. Could've given extra coupons for their mistakes...

Received mine today and was SO excited and they’re SO pretty, BUT… I guess it’s my fault for picking a weird design but the nose bar extends over the lenses so I’ve got the edges of the bar floating in my vision and it’s very distracting. They feel incredibly delicate and cheap. For $80 (with corrective lenses) I would expect them to be made of better material. The nose pads rattle around and make a yucky plastic scraping on plastic noise. I will have to save wearing these for special occasions. The prescription is wrong. My order online hasn’t updated to show as delivered so I will have to wait a day or two before I can request a refund. I know I ordered my most recent prescription and put it all in correctly so this is an error on the manufacturer’s end. All in all, I would not purchase from them again
