Super easy process all around. From finding glasses I wanted to enter entering my prescription information, to getting the glasses! The star glasses are my favorite glasses I’ve ever had and I’ve had to wear glasses for 22 years of my live so far.

I love the glasses, the quality is excellent, they have a great variety, they came with a toy that I adore because it's pink and Hello Kitty ໒꒰ྀི∩˃ ᵕ ˂∩꒱ྀི১🎀 and the service was friendly and very attentive!

usps screwed up and lost my package, but lensalter was quick to jump on it and offer a full refund for my order :) very satisfied with my lensalter experience! (i do still wish i could've received my glasses, but that was usps's fault, not lensalter's)

The website was easy to use and understand. I was able to purchase the glasses I wanted, unfortunately due to the administration in my country and the tariffs I was unable to get them. The support/help team was very friendly and helpful and they immediately responded every time I reached out. They also sent me a full refund when they found out they were unable to deliver my package. So even though I was unable to get the glasses, my experience was wonderful. I hope to one day be able to order from this company.

Customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I have a mismatched and extreme prescription, and they still were able to create a pair of glasses I can wear everyday. Communication was quick, and the quality is unmatched. Much better than purchasing from a physical store! Only buying from here now!
