Overall I was pleased with the service I was provided. The agent I worked with was responsive, kind and courteous. The two things I would have changed are 1) the time it took to deposit the fund into my account and 2) the fact that my first payment is due within same month I received my loan funds (i.e. I was not even given 30 days).

This site site was really easy and helpful in getting a loan. The only thing I didn't like was that less than 30 days the 1st payment was due and then again in 2 weeks, but other that I am very pleased.

That is exactly what we aim for with all of our clients and i'm happy to know we are on our way to achieving it. With regard to our interest rates, obviously an Unsecured Loan such as ours will have slightly higher rates than secured options such as an auto-loan which has the asset as collateral that can be repossessed if required. With that being said, our rates are extremely competitive when compared to other equal products and options.

Loan Club has been great, but the dentist I took out the loan for did not do a good job in my opinion. It was a lot of money for the work I got, one being a partial denture that I can not wear. Anything I can do?

I found the process to go in a simple and easy manner. However, a few weeks after receiving the loan, I received another offer from LendingUSA stating I was approved for another loan for consolidating my credit cards, home improvement and so on. I really felt would help my credit score. So I went ahead and filled out the application. Within minutes I was told NO. My question is this: Why send out more offers to a new loan client if there is no chance at all the loan will be approved?
