The process was quick and easy. The personnel were super. I almost felt like it was too good to be true, because I was a victim of identity theft. Trust your gut, we will see.

I appreciate the full disclosure in lending terms, interest rate and the ease of setting up automatic payments on my loan.

They were great to work with and really helped when there were some snaffues in the loan processing. Really easy to deal with and helpful. When I called the customer service line they were a little short but I wasn't explaining my issue clearly enough so not really their fault.

Not much experience at this point. They were there when I needed help.

Easy and great experience!

I wanted to write this review on a particular representative, by a gentleman name Francis. I wish I got his last name because it was honestly him that I give this a positive review! So! Lending USA, if you are following your reviews please read carefully! Francis is why people come back to your business because he literally listened to my frustration and went above and beyond to make sure he did all that he can to bring justice to my concerns. In the beginning, other representatives did not listen to me and therefore my call was escalated over to Francis who I believe is the supervisor. And thank GOD I got Francis on the line!! Who honestly sounded like The only one that really knew what he was talking about and help me get through my frustration! After sharing my concerns, Francis gave me his word and told me that he would follow up with me to further investigate. When he got back with me he did not give me good news at first, and I clearly told him that this was not right on behalf of lending USA! Francis expressed his empathy and asked me to give him another shot to see what he can do. In any case, without trying to get super lengthy, Francis was able to grant my request and I was able to pay my account in full by honoring a silly oversight. Honestly speaking, I shouldn’t have had to beg for this request. And mind you I paid close to 5k in full. I’m glad Francis gets it and sad other reps didn’t! This is how you get repeated business folks! Listen to your customers and provide support & solutions! Anyhow, thank you Francis for doing all that you’ve done for me I couldn’t thank you enough. You are a godsend. LendingUSA is honestly blessed to have you!! You are the Real reason this 4 star exists!! LendingUSA, hire more quality people like Francis instead of hiring representatives that have ghetto accents! They sounded condescending and The feeling is like calling a collection agency! Just saying!!
