Nice experience

I took a loan out with lendingUSA in May 2017 have made payments over the phone until this month my payment (Jan 2020) was not accepted and tried by phone on three nights with the same result. I turned the customer relations and recovery team for help. The lady that help me goes throught the process had the same result. She tried going through the supervisor but with the same result. She then forwarded me to her supervisor Arman Hayrapetyan, I am so thankful that he was able work it out so that i could make my payment.

The man I talked to which was Daniel was very helpful on explaining all factors to me. As well I was told what my cost would be and how long I had to pay it off. Thanks, Rick Williams

Got approved fast and no hassle to getting a loan, to be honest I'm not sure what process they use because all I did was answer a few questions and send a photo of my ID then minutes later was approved.. Great job!
