Fast and easy. Would like a bit more communication about the loan process via email

My experience was good. It was all done on my phone which has it's pros and cons. Mostly seamless to provide all the info. I liked the verification process for facial identification. I do think the interest rate was too high given my FICA score and prevailing rates from the Fed.

It was a good experience except having to use my cell phone. I have anxiety about my information being stolen. Also I would have like to receive the funds quicker than 3 business

My loan agent made the whole process simple, he laid everything out for me, all the details up front and everything went as he said it would. I would recommend LendingUSA to my friends and family!

Overall I was happy with the results. I did think the interest rate was a little high but I did get the loan. The agent did stick with me till I was able to get all the information to her. She worked with me.

A New Program A new program (at least new to me) is one that is used to help those who have a consolidation loan. It results in paying my past due creditors all that is due in exchange for only one monthly payment. I am working with a loan coordinator, Sage, who has provided outstanding customer service. I am very pleased.

I only applied for a loan from Lending USA because I had debt to pay off. But in the end, the payment was a lot. So, I sign up for a debt relief program and that really helped me. I will say that Lending USA was the first company to accept my offer and I'm glad they were able to work with me. Thank you again for the help gaining my debt back in control!
