I would stay far away from this lender. They have predatory lending practices. 5 years later my balance is basically the same. They add on fees they don't tell you about (an 8% origination fee that they roll into the principal loan amount! They don't say a word about this when you are taking the loan and bury it in fine print). Their payment portal is bare bones and devoid of information you need -- like when you will be done paying. I've been paying $500 a month for YEARS and my balance is only $20 less than what I borrowed! I can't get out from under this debt. They won't work with you. I regret the day I ever took out a loan with them. So if you want to pay DOUBLE what you borrow or more, then go ahead and take out a loan with them.

I never signed the loan from USA LENDING..Petland forged my signature and my information ..( everything was wrong , my name was spelled wrong , my address was wrong, my phone number , my email ) when i called USA LENDING the manager Arman and Harry from fraud didn’t care they said it wasn’t FRAUD !!! Even though I’m telling them i never signed this !!!!!!! Petland employees did !!!!!!!!!!! Now the loan is 29% interest rate and i have to pay over 9 grand .. and oh ya i don’t have the dog . The dog petland sold me was sick . So not only does USA LENDING know that petland sold me a sick dog and forged my signature and my information .. they don’t care !!!! They need to be closed down .

Never in a million year will I borrow from Lending USA nor will I refer people to them. They are the worst lender to reach out to. I borrowed money and made payment faithfully. With the exception of them knowing my ssdi was messed three time within the 7 years I been paying them, so they agreed to move the three payments to the end of th loan. On the last day of my loan agreement, they wanted me to pay a lot of money. After stating that I believe I should only owe the three payments moved to the end of the loan, they agreed. Then sends me a letter saying that I had difficulty paying off the full balance and they will report it to the credit bureau as a settled in full for less than the full balance when they told me paid in full. I paid them $961.68 out of $1100 on my last payment date and they still was not satisfied with that. I think they made cause I just wouldn't let them steal my money. When I checked my credit score, it had dropped nearly 100 points now I still have to sleep on someone else's couch cause my score is effecting my chances of getting a place to live.

I just took a loan from LendingUSA, and was charged a hidden fee of 8% of the total loan amount. This was rolled into the loan principal amount. It was called Loan Origination Fee. This was despite my requests of sharing any hidden fee info before I signed the documents. Would not recommend them. Updated April 24,2021 LendingUSA refunded the 8% origination fee that they charged me. They were prompt in responding to me and in providing the refund.

SCAM. interest fee my tail. I paid off in 2 payments. Then I receive an email stating my loan is due for $65. I contact them and they said since my first payment was lost in the mail the interest fee was added, but after I paid loan off. I was told I wouldn't be penalized for lost check. This is after I submitted documents for the first check, that I believe they received and held, and re issued the payment. They called me 3 times a week reminding of payment soon to be due. So I paid it off so they can quit calling all day during my meetings. What a shame. And if you try to email customer service it emails you back stating that email DO NOT EXIST . Wow

Will never EVER use this “company” again. They blow up my phone over late payments (that have been paid) but can’t answer after they give me a “final notice” that clearly isn’t necessary considering I have the statements FROM THEM. So much of my time has been wasted on this company. Please go elsewhere when you’re trying to get a loan. They have no idea what they’re doing.

DO NOT use this company, try finding another method because they are horrible people. They messed up my credit by reporting that I had a delinquent account with them. I have tried to solve the issue and spoke with different people, gave them proof that after they reported this credit cards account were closed for me and this was their response: They fixed the issue (After a month it showed that I was in good standing but int he mean time my credit was affected and accounts were closed), they are not responsible for making it up for me somehow because they believe the reason why the credit cards were taken away wasn't their fault, it was because of an issue with my credit I had YEARS AGO and it seems like their FALSE report was just the "last straw" that these companies take away my credit cards. I explained to them that I fixed my credit after that issue from years back and those credit cards were given to me last year, I asked them to look at the dates on the letters sent from this companies and see the accounts were closed right after their false report and still they just simply WASH THEIR HANDS. Even if what they told me about "the last straw" was true, which it isn't, if they didn't make that stupid mistake that would of not happened to me. I was hoping they would compensate me somehow but they just DO NOT care. it's THEIR MISTAKE but they will not be responsible. STOP DELETING my comments because I will make sure people find out about this. You guys are the worst! AND also please make sure you read all terms before taking money from this people, if you make a payment of 135 dollars, half of it goes to interest, I really regret using LENDING USA.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are Predatory Creditors. They will do everything they can to make it difficult to process payments or requests. They offer promises and do not follow through. My June payment was deducted twice and after NUMEROUS phone calls and promises that my money would be refunded, I was then told THREE WEEKS later that the additional payment would be applied to my July payment. After threatening legal action they finally refunded the amount. I was very clear on my requests and phone calls and was told I did not say what I had said, complete lies. I asked for copies of recorded phone calls for my attorneys and was told it was internal information and they would not give them to me. They KNOW full well they were lying. Classic Predatory Lending practices. Attorneys will have a field day with these folks.
