It was an absolute pleasure working with Austin! I have been in the Customer Service industry for many, many years. I can tell you, firsthand, that it is extremely difficult to find an employee that not only cares about the customer, but that goes to an extreme to make sure they are truly respectful, caring and understanding/empathetic of the customer's needs. Kattie at LenCred was incredible to work with. I pulled the trigger to work with them early afternoon and already had results by the end of business. During the entire process there was almost a contest to see who could answer each other's emails the fastest. I am quite obsessive about it, but she actually beat me. I would do it all again.
