Meghan did a fantastic job helping me navigate through the loan process. She helped me understand my options while taking the time to explain every facet of the program. She did this without being robotic and scripted. She was authentic and genuine. Great job!

Very informative with a one on one type of friendliness.

Hi ! Let see , I'm going to put it this way. Ms. Meghan has an excellent customer service, she was very , very helpful and conduct herself in a very professional mode. Good Bless her and your entire company. Miguel Aquino.

The best customer service I ever experienced, Very Fast Answers.

I have not had the opportunity of getting funding as of yet but he is a very pleasant guy and is always willing to help. He has a good ear to listen so he will know exactly how to help you. I am sure I will be getting funded soon but I did want to take the time and express how pleasant he is to work with. I told my assistant that we need more people in the lending business like Joel. They come a far and a few. God Bless you Joel you are a Gem!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Austin Peppers to do my pre approval. He was courteous, patient and understanding. He allowed me time to research the company then call him back. Haven't received funding yet. But will definitely work with him and there company again if all goes well. Will update once I receive funding

Gary was extremely patient and helpful. We had a series of issues with pulling the credit report. I was about to give up and retreat, but Gary assisted me and shared other options with me. What I like the most was his ability to follow up with me and once again reassure me I was in the right hands. Thanks Gary and Best wishes

Joel W. was the best. He talked me through the whole process and made me feel like he really cared about me, my business, and personal/private information. I would recommend them to my friends and colleagues that are going to bank after bank where the requirements are just astronomical. Thank you so much LenCred!
