I sure wish I would have seen that. They only have a 2.7 star rating before I purchased.
I bought a pair of lace up boots that have worked out fine from them, but I bought a pair of slip on the same size and they really hurt my feet. I sent two emails and got no response. I called today and they have no returns and no exchanges no refunds so beware! I won’t be back.

Sizing Issues & Bad Return Policies
Ordered the Outlander hikers in a 12 — the size I've worn in every other brand for years. They crushed my toes badly enough that I walked the last mile of my first hike barefoot. 4 miles total on them.
I contacted support ready to spend more money, not less. I offered to buy two pairs in 12.5, including a second pair of Boulder Summits, if they'd work with me on the pair that didn't fit. The answer was no — any sign of wear disqualifies a return — and I was told to sell them myself on Poshmark or Marketplace.
I get that a warehouse can't resell used boots. What I don't get is a company with a sizing issue putting the entire cost of that issue on the customer. If your 12 doesn't fit like everyone else's 12, the first hike is when a buyer finds out, and by then the policy says you owe them nothing. That leaves me with $200 of unusable hikers.
I was excited to support a Colorado brand. Instead, I've got boots I can't wear and no reason to order again. If you buy from Lems, size up and expect no help if you guess wrong.

I purchased a pair of sport shoes from…
I purchased a pair of sport shoes from Lems, for $101.95. I received the shoes the first week of June. The toe of the shoe was the widest sport shoe I have ever seen. I normally wear a size 7.5, which is the size I ordered. The shoes ended up being too large in the toe area, which was way too roomy. I contacted Lems, received a return shipping label. I returned the shoes. I received an email from Lems Shoes. The credit amount Lems was returning to my debit card was $107.25. Lems returned only $100.00 of the full price of $101.95, I was charged for the shoes, plus the tax $7.25. The shoes, were never worn, except for putting them on my feet for fitting. I contacted them by email, reminding them, they were keeping $1.95 of the $101.95, I was charged. for the shoes. Lems has never responded. This company, although they may have a great product, is not honest. I had to give them 1 star, to post this rating, and that is the only reason.

The marshmallow primal 3 do not clean…
The marshmallow primal 3 do not clean up at all. If you try to wash them they smear and turn yellow this is also with using their recommended nixmax protection and cleaning gel. The shoe is good but the marshmallow color is a deal breaker. They are defective. Janice klein

No goods, no communication, no refund
I placed my order some time ago and still have not received the package or even a tracking number. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but the responses were vague and unhelpful at first, and now they have completely stopped responding to my emails.
I was told the delivery would arrive within 48 hours, but that timeframe has passed with no delivery and no explanation.
The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency and communication: no tracking number, no confirmed dispatch date, no clear information about where the shipment is, and no response from the seller anymore.
I do not recommend this seller. I had to initiate a payment dispute.

No longer a quality brand
I’ve been wearing their shoes exclusively for at least 10 years. The only exception was my Northface winter boots. They finally needed to be replaced. I got a pair of limbs winter boots and they didn’t even last one season. They’re not waterproof they’re not insulated. The coloring is coming off and the zipper comes undone while I’m hiking there’s nothing quality about these boots. My Northface boots looked better after five years and thousands of miles of where than these do after one season. They used to be a quality brand, but no longer. They won’t post reviews on their website, only fake ones.

Beware
Beware. If you are ordering from the UK the website does not make it clear about sizing. I ordered a size 6 and was sent an American size 6 which is a UK 3.5. They do not exchange. I had to return the shoes at my own expense via DHL which is not straight forward. I am still waiting for a refund. Even though I liked the shoes I will not be ordering again. Their customer service is not good enough.

Shipping late and sizing awful
Paid for 2 day shipping and it did not arrive in time. Then the sizing was all wrong. They advertise a wide toe box for natural toe spread and I had gotten supposedly what their widest boots was. These boots were narrow and not a wide toe box. Instead the boot tapers in like a a traditional shoe. They advertised normal US sizing and they were no where near the correct size. Way to small. The whole company is false advertising and they don't keep up negative reviews.
